Spent the entire morning yesterday entertaining my parents and their defacto grandkids!(my next-door-neighbour's grandkids heh)
I didnt have to meet Noor until later in the afternoon so i obliged.
The 2 kiddies wanted to follow cos they knew they were in for a whole morning of fun and most importantly, food.
Hahaha.
We went to NUS which also happens to be my dad's workplace to get some stuff from his office.
Went over to Orchard to my sis's workplace next to get some of the gifts her friends have already showered on her.
Then it was off to Geylang to get some Haj stuff for my dad's frens who are gg away for this coming Haj.
Speaking of Haj, Im so proud to say that this year im gg to korban kambing (trans: sacrifice a lamb) cos my dad says its good to do this every year since we have the means. Its just our way of giving to the less fortunate cos the meat from the sacrificed lamb will be given to the less fortunate. So my dad is sacrificing one and im sacrificing one. Im not gg to the mosque cos i personally dun like to see animals being killed. So im just gg to pray for the lamb.
Hehehe.
Anyway, since we were in the Geylang area, i suggested that we eat at Arnold's.
Ezan was bent on KFC but i managed to convince him...wasnt too hard after he was served with the chicken.
He tucked right in as a sign of his approval.
Hahahaha!
Haziq had no preference cos he would even eat a stone if i put ketchup on it.
Hehehe.
After filling our tummys, we went to the old Woodlands interchange to drop of the Haj stuff before heading back home.
Met Noor at around 4 and i had so much fun shopping with my dear...will blog abt it later.
I better get ready.
Gotto head down to sheng siong to get some stuff with my parents and sis and the 2 kiddies.
